Texan Scuba conducts open water classes every weekend.
Basic Open Water Scuba Diver
This class is the entry level scuba certification course. Upon successful
completion of this course, graduates are considered competent enough to
engage in open water diving activities without supervision.
Conventional Tuition Cost:

Open Water Video: $35
